Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within within 4 business days to let you know your order is on the way!  However, processing times may change without notice. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If any item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you promptly via email. If we do not receive a timely response, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item. Please note, we cannot place orders on hold. Once your order is submitted and an invoice is generated, it enters our shipping process and can no longer be modified or canceled. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee will be generated per your location and applies to all orders. Optional: We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS:

If you receive an incorrect item that you did not order, Josephine Yarnworks, LLC may choose to provide a return label for you to send the item back at no cost. A replacement item will not be sent until the mis-shipped item has been returned to Josephine Yarnworks, LLC.

NON-DELIVERY OF PRODUCT:

If you do not receive your order in a timely manner for reasons beyond the control of Josephine Yarnworks, LLC, please notify our Customer Service team immediately at support@joyw.shop for assistance. Orders that are returned due to issues not caused by Josephine Yarnworks, LLC—such as an incorrect address or failed delivery—are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. For international orders, refunds will also exclude duties and customs fees.

If an order is lost during shipment, Josephine Yarnworks, LLC will initiate a shipping claim with the carrier. Please note that shipping claims cannot be started until 14 business days after the original expected delivery date. In some cases, the customer may need to provide additional information to the carrier to complete the claim process.

If an order is placed with an incorrect address and the package is delivered, Josephine Yarnworks, LLC will not issue a refund for that order.
